Wood-Fired Pizza
Hand-stretched, blistered crust, straight from the flame.
Playa del Carmen · Trattoria
An old-world Italian table on the Riviera Maya — hand-stretched dough, truffle, and candlelight. Unhastily, and with warmth.

La Storia
We built Romeo the way a nonna sets a table — nothing rushed, everything seasoned. The wood oven has run since the first night, and the dough is made by hand each morning.
Between the palms of Calle 4 and the hum of the evening, it feels like an Amalfi terrace that wandered down to the Caribbean.
I Piatti
Five plates we come back to, night after night.

Hand-stretched, blistered crust, straight from the flame.

Truffle, brown butter, a whisper of parmesan.

Shaved beef, capers, aged parmesan, sharp lemon oil.

Riviera shrimp, mussels and clams in rich marinara.

Espresso-soaked savoiardi, mascarpone, dusted cocoa.
Le Recensioni
“The wood oven is the real deal. Best pizza I've had in Mexico, and the tiramisu is dangerous.”
“Felt like a tiny trattoria in Tuscany, two streets from the beach. Warm, honest, unforgettable.”
“The truffle ravioli is a quiet moment of perfection. Kind service and a lovely wine list.”
Tavolo
We hold the warm corner table for couples, and the long one for the whole family. Just say the word.
